DIVA BIKINI

JUDGING CRITERIA

The Diva Bikini Model is primarily a beauty contest. Female contestants are judged upon their overall beauty, body shape, and natural body tone. Attention is focused on beauty of face, figure, physical fitness, and the confidence with which each contestant carries herself.

ROUNDS

• Two-Piece Bikini Round: Any color, pattern, and style, as well as conservatively presentable. Thongs or any other styles that fit too small on the bottom are deemed inappropriate and absolutely not permitted.
• Evening Gown Round: Each delegate wears a gown she has chosen for herself. Attention is focused on each contestant’s overall appearance, self-confidence, sense of style, and the beauty she brings to the gown of her choice. Long gown length that falls below ankles is preferred. Any style, fabric, beads and sequins is acceptable. It is suggested that the female competitor chooses a gown that best displays their personality but also a gown that is fashionable and couture. (Too much patterning is not advised.)

DIVA WELLNESS

The desirable look for judging criteria for this female category embodies the look of a fuller lower body physique. The contestant should not be overly developed muscularly or overly lean. Instead the focus is on shape and tone. The body should be free of muscle separation and an overly lean look that is unnatural. Tightness and tone of the skin should be smooth .and healthy in appearance. Overall beauty and marketability is also a judging condition of this category. There are two rounds for this category Bikini round and Gown Round.

DIVA FITNESS

JUDGING CRITERIA

Contestants for the Diva Fitness Model category are being judged on their sense of style, poise, overall beauty, and stage presence, as well as display a very  fit but not overly toned physique. Competitors must be able to present themselves in a classy feminine and tasteful way that is marketable.

ROUNDS

• Two-Piece Bikini Round: Any color, pattern, and style, as well as conservatively presentable. Thongs or any other styles that fit too small on the bottom are deemed inappropriate and absolutely not permitted.
• Themewear Round: Diva Fitness Models are required to bring a creative and glamorous themewear to the stage. Different ideas include: Sophisticated Glamour, Vegas Show Girls, MET GALA Fashion inspired creative theme. This is definitely a very creative and glamorous round for Diva Fitness Models to display their beauty and style with a strong component of fashion.

DIVA FIGURE

JUDGING CRITERIA

The WBFF judging criteria for the figure category is as follows. There are two rounds which are judged, the two-piece bikini round as well as the themewear round for Pro Shows only . There is no routine round for the Diva Figure category. Females are encouraged to display their body in a graceful and feminine way which represents a desirably lean, toned and healthy lifestyle; a look that is more natural, sexy, and athletic.

• Themewear Round ( Pros ONLY): Diva Figure Models are required to bring a creative and glamorous themewear to the stage. Different ideas include: Angel Glamour, Vegas Show Girls, any MET GALA Fashion inspired creative theme.This is definitely a very creative and glamorous round for Diva Figure Models to display their beauty and conditioning while adding a component of fashion.

COMMERCIAL

“Commercial modeling is one of the largest most diverse fields of modeling, Models are used in television ads and instructional or corporate videos. This is a very specialized but lucrative area of modeling. Models may be featured in catalogs, magazine advertisements, beauty products, lifestyle ads, fashion ads, and anything where a model is used in an ad to sell a product or a service. Commercial print models promote clothing/products on billboards, buses, magazines and newspapers.”

ELIGEBILITY

• Age: 17-45

COMPETITION STAGE GUIDELINES

All selected finalists will be expected to model in front of a panel of esteemed judges on stage Contestants will be expected to model in two rounds

ROUNDS

• Swimwear Round: All contestants must wear a one piece bikini swimsuit, and high heels, 5-6 inches, that compliment the contestant. No thongs, lace lingerie, nylons, or aerobic clothing. Each contestant will perform a runway walk. No constant posing or dancing will be permitted. Music will be provided for all contestants. Judging will be on healthy body tone, shape, beauty marketability and overall stage presence.
• Couture Round: Contestants are required to wear an outfit in either black, white or color combination. Too much print is not advised as it may become distracting. Each contestant will perform a runway walk. Standard runway music will be provided. No bouncy or constant posing is allowed. Judging will be on poise, posture, personality, projection, runway techniques and the ability to walk and turn gracefully.

MALE FITNESS

JUDGING CRITERIA

The WBFF will be judging Male Fitness Models on their masculine style, marketability and stage presence. They will also be judged on their ability to display their character, style and self-confidence. Males will be expected to show off their physical attributes, that project a fit and healthy lifestyle; A lean, well-proportioned, toned, and healthy looking body is the look that is wanted.

ROUNDS

• Swimsuit Round: Square cut WBFF exclusively designed shorts are the suggested choice for Male Fitness Model contestants.
• Runway Round: All Male Fitness Model contestants are required to wear formal attire and are expected to present themselves in a runway style fashion for this category. Casual attire is not permitted.

MALE MUSCLE

JUDGING CRITERIA

This category is for the athlete who is too big to be considered as a fitness model but does display muscle definition and more size. Muscle Models are judged on overall physique, conditioning, symmetry, and muscle definition. Contestants may also choose to crossover into the Male Fitness Model category if they wish.

ROUNDS

• Swimsuit Round: Square cut WBFF exclusively designed shorts are the suggested choice for Male Muscle Model contestants.
• Runway Round: All Male Muscle Model contestants are required to wear formal attire and are expected to present themselves in a runway style fashion for this category. Casual attire is not permitted.

SCORING BREAKDOWN

TRANSFORMATION

Transformation category will be a part of most shows this season.

You will be asked to bring along with you to the contestants sign in a flash drive with your 3 best before photos, only, along with a short written bio on yourself explaining how much weight loss/gain you have made, and your personal journey to the stage. A transformation bio form will also be sent to contestants prior to an event that is to be filled out.

The Transformation category is not just about weight loss: it could also be for individuals overcoming anorexia/bulimia, disease, cancer, mental health disorders, and other health disorders. This event is a true celebration of a personal journey to a more healthy lifestyle.  We celebrate the individual and provide a platform to display themselves and their transformation.

DETAILS FOR THIS DIVISION ARE AS FOLLOWS:

All participants must be at least 18 years of age and older, male or female.

Contestants will be judged on their personal story and weight loss transformation

Weight loss can be anywhere from 10 pounds to over 100 plus pounds

Contestants will present themselves on stage at the WBFF live show

Contestants must submit at registration day a 100 word or less write up about their personal story.

ROUNDS

Contestants will be presented live on stage where the final result of their transformation will be revealed.

Swimwear Round: For females: 2 piece or one piece.
